Shipping Time
•Please note we ship our Treasures during weekdays only.
•Orders made during the weekend or a bank holiday will be processed the following weekday.
•Some orders may take 2 weeks to arrive due to manufacturing constraints.
Shipping Costs
•If your order is placed before 1 pm during weekdays for delivery within the UK and it is worth over £100 it qualifies for free express delivery and will be shipped the next working day.
•Orders within the UK under £100 will be shipped by DHL within 2-3 working days with a flat rate of £7.95p.
•We only ship within the UK.
Returns
Although we pride ourselves in creating immaculate designs, if you want to return a Treasure please email us at hello@treasuresandhomes.com for instructions on how to return your Treasure safely.
•You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the item granted it is in it’s original condition when it was bought, anything after that date cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.
•Treasures&Homes reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet the original conditions.
Cancellations
•You cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.

International Shipping
•We offer international shipping through DHL.
Expedited Shipping
•Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time, all orders are shipped via DHL with an estimated delivery time of 2- 3 working business days.
P.O Box Addresses
•We are currently unavailable to deliver to P.O Box Addresses.
